Shipping charges will not be refunded. Store credits and refunds are decided on a case by case basis, depending on the problem or issue that the individual customer has. Email Dark Candles directly at info@darkcandles.com for any questions relating to returns on an as-needed basis.
Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and location. Please make note of the shipping charges in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase. All products are shipped via FedEx and USPS unless otherwise indicated.
Taxes/Customs Duties
8.25% sales tax is charged to Texas residents based on the order total. Sales tax is not applied to any shipping charges. The customer is responsible for paying any potential taxes and/or Customs duties to their respective nation or jurisdiction on all orders shipped outside the United States.
